I have always been a big fan of Steven Covey and his Seven Habits of Succesful People. I have carefully considered the habits and found them applicable to my daily life. That being said it is with some uncertainty that I begin this undertaking; without a strong sense of where it will lead much less conclude. I endeavor to make this site a source of information so I will consider this a stepping out from behind the computer screen to further engage you the valued visitors.
I flatter myself that I am more than a one dimensional real estate professional but logically these postings will focus on real estate in the area and the many forces local, state, regional, national and international that all play a role in the Florida marketplace. These are topics that I monitor constantly so hopefully I can offer some perspective and local balance to the volumes of reports, studies, polls and charts that inundate us daily.
